The two Geek Squad technicians that came to install our new Samsung TV did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious in the job. They were also helpful in answering questions we had.

The agents were very good at their job! Very professional and answered all my questions.

First they didn’t show up on time 6 hours late. Unprofessional dressed. Then could do it because have two people asked my Husband to help who is disabled that’s why we were PAYING TJEM TO DO IT. Said he would be back the next morning with help. Never showed up. I called they said it wouldn’t be till the next day. Showed up late again. Had to us our tools because he didn’t have the correct ones. Used my step stool because he was to lazy to go get his ladder step tool wasn’t tall enough I had to tell him he needs taller ladder finally went to get his ladder granted it was a large TV difficult to mount but they were told this when I called in wanted me to sign job was complete and I refused until cords were stored neatly acted as though he really didn’t want to be there. Very unsatisfactory from day one. Just a typical subcontractor (Mastec) attitude.

John and his teammate were absolutely amazing. They were quick and knew what they were doing. Plus they were extremely patient with explaining things to us.

Chris was our Installer & did a real nice job Stalling our new Samsung 75" TV in the wall he also went through and yet all of color correct was very happy with his installation

Very steady and strong or was easy for Greek squad to install it also pulls forward and up and down all worth the money

The technician was very careful and competent. Not only did he call ahead on the day of service, but also called a few days prior in order to familiarize himself with my expectations.

They installed my Dell 34 inch curved monitor using a mounting bracket they had not seen before. It presented some challenges but the final work product appears to be fine after 3 weeks on the wall.

The agent was able to hide the wires with a kit for a reasonable fee. He didn't try to push the kit on me, he just let me know that it was available. The agent was very tidy and kind.

2 guys came out and they were both great. They explained a few things that I was confused about. And they did it very nicely.
