When you need Pro installation of your Best Buy purchase with Geek Squad you can't go wrong.

My Geek Squad people today were awesome. They were very pleasant and professional. They installed a wall mount for our 85” TV and did a great job. I would recommend this team.

My Frame TV was not mounted and installed properly and ended up falling and breaking the same day (almost 4 weeks ago). After multiple calls to Best Buy and Geek Squad I’m still waiting on a solution. What’s most annoying is I could have broken my TV for free. I didn’t need to pay someone else $249 to do it for me. Why won’t you at least refund my Geek Squad charge?

Very knowledgeable, advised and installed the google product to get us better reception throughout the house, basement & even garage! Left us contact info to reach him if have any additional questions.

Installation was smooth and simple, took maybe a half hour. Explanation was limited and the crew didn't suggest or prompt to making sure to ethernet wire the TV. WIFI load buffer is a lot otherwise. Crew did do some small extras.

The agents came to mount my TV on the expected date. They were very nice and answered all of my questions. However they were not able to hook up internet access because the modem/router needs an upgrade.

Geek squad did great job on tuff install above my fireplace. I would use them again. Have used independent company and they sucked. Geek squad seems to know there stuff.

Not a big fan of the installers. They were courteous but attempted to sell a cable that was not needed and provided no introductory training to the customers. We expected more from the $250+ service. Also, the mount was never installed.
