The Geek Squad brought everything to my house and did the installation. The only problem was they didn't check the functionality of all of the speakers. The soundbar itself produced great sound. The subwoofer and rear speakers never worked and the sound wasn't synced with the picture. You could watch a golfer swing and would not hear the swoosh until the swing was over. The subwoofer only made a hiss and the rear speakers never come on. Very poor performance by the Geek Squad installation team!

I don't always purchase I warranty. I look at the cost of the item, the cost of the warranty and the chance of item failure but when it comes to TVs and most electronics, its a wise investment.

Only waited a few days for install appointment. Installer was fast and efficient. PS service is free with TV purchase! Wish I had known.

Hung a new 75” tv, moved a 55” tv from the living room to the basement and took down the basement tv for recycling. They were in and out in just under an hour. Very impressed.

Sean and Rob assisted me, and they did a great job. They communicated well with me beforehand, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The tv looks great!
