The gentleman that installed my tv was great and really fast. He put the mount right where I wanted and my tv looks great

The technicians were great! They had the TV mounted and everything connected very quick. Explained the remote and soundbar and how to watch everything.

And they set it up for us and made sure all our device worked and we knew how to use them..

We needed this service because the TV was too big for us to mount. The installer tried to upgrade us to the deluxe install, and he succeeded. The process was good, but we had to cut some wire ties after they left in order to fit the wiring in our cable channel cover that was installed previously.

The Geek squad came in and assessed our situation. They had to reorder the tv and assessed we needed a receiver and did it all with a smile! They came back and installed the next day! Great service!

The guy was hear on time and mounted the "mount" and installed the TV efficiently. My Handy Man helped me with installing my streaming services on the Roku TV.

The consultant came to the house on time, clearly indicated what we needed. The installers were professional and accurate and answered all of our questions.

If you are comfortable with your AV system, this service is great. The technicians did not assist with network set up with this level of service. If you can add the TV to your network save money and use this service.

I would highly recommend trusting the Best Buy experts to mount your tv. They are early and on time and very thourough with their work and are patient about your concerns with where your tv goes on the wall.
