John and his teammate were absolutely amazing. They were quick and knew what they were doing. Plus they were extremely patient with explaining things to us.

I'm not a handy person and have zero skills when it comes to installing a tv mount. The tv was mounted quickly and positioned perfectly on the wall. They are professional and awesome!

This was a huge waste of time and money. If you are at all handy, just hang your TV yourself. Our TV was first hung lop sided, and we had to argue with the tech to fix that. We received no guidance after the installation on operation of our mount or tv functionality, and they did not put the wires through our wall as we had been told would happen. After the tech left, we realized it was not-centered over our fireplace by multiple inches. After an hour on the phone with customer service, we were able to schedule a time a week later for the tech to come back out. The tech was 3 hours late to our second appointment window, and was extremely rude about having to come back out. He made adjustments to our mount and fixed the issue, while complaining that corporate hadn't passed along a message to us on how to fix the issue ourselves (in fairness to him - they hadn't). While our issues were eventually resolved, this service was NOT worth the hassle or the money.

The young man, John, showed up on time, was very neat and polite, and did his work in professional manor. He was also very aware of customer service. I saw him at the store a week later and he remembered me and asked again about my satisfaction.

They were on time, went way above and beyond and installed the TV correctly. Even programmed our remote for us. Great job and please thank them for us.

So glad we hired them to hang our large TV!!! First of all, you really need two people to hang these larger TVs. Second, they were aware of possible "glitches" and were easily able to troubleshoot any and all minor complications!

Awsome mount! Geeks installed it. It pulls out and turns side to side! Perfect viewing at and area in the large room it was installed in! They connected it to all my devices and everything works great!

The agent mounted the tv and it was well done. Prior to the agent calling, he asked if it was over a fireplace and I mentioned yes but the fireplace is not in use. We were charged an additional fee for mounting the TV on the wall over the fireplace. The task was quick and wouldn't have been any different if it wasn't over the fireplace. I'm rating this a 3 star because of the hidden fees.

Mathew and Nathaniel were super supportive and spent most of the time teaching how to use our new T.V.. They were very prompt and extremely neat. I'll reccommend these two to all my neighbors.

One agent mounted the tv on wall and the other one connected on Wi-Fi and did first set up showing me the way

I chose to pay to have everything installed. However, parts were missing - but the installer saved the day and drove to the nearest Best Buy and got what was missing from the box!

Excellent professional service. Technicians installed the wall bracket and a 70” TV. They were very professional, removed all packaging and cleaned the area where they worked.
