Totally impressed with the Geek Squad and what a great crew that did it and great to work with. Top notch work!

Hung a new 75” tv, moved a 55” tv from the living room to the basement and took down the basement tv for recycling. They were in and out in just under an hour. Very impressed.

The Technician was accompanied by a trainee, so the process was longer than usual. This limited installation questions and complicated day of appointment communications. Technician was good and installation was fine.

I considered doing the install myself fut decided not too. Boy am I glad! The guys that did the install were efficient, extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The Geek squad was on time, efficient, and professional . They mounted my 85” tv, left no mess behind and showed us it’s features and how to work the functions on the remote.

The agents mounted my sound bar and walked me through the different settings.

The TV mount was very sturdy with the large screen TV after attached to rock chimney. All wires and other devices were neatly and securily attached. The TV and other devices were programmed and demonstrated extremely well.

The two Geek Squad techs came and install my tv with no issues and gave me some advice. They arrive on time and left in a timely fashion.

I am grateful for the agents who came and mounted my TV up and connected all my services together, including hooking up my internet. I didn't have to do anything, but sit down and enjoying my TV.
