The installation technicians were great. Hung tv and cleaned up all mess. Made sure I understood the operation and answered all my questions. I felt it was worth the extra cost for the quality service provided.

The agents connected the rear speakers of my Bose System, the rear speakers through a wi-fi device, corrected the previous universal remote installation, also mu bose headphones.

I had three mounts and 4 TV’s that I purchased at Best Buy. One of the mounts was not the mount I ordered and needed replacement. One of the mounts was broken which did not become apparent until the contractor left. I reordered two of the mounts and prior to them being replaced noticed that the sales clerk had ordered the wrong size mounts. Back to the store for the third time. Since I had paid the $200 to be a Total Tech Member, I thought I would use the phone support folks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING PHONE SUPPORT! After being transferred 6 times, I gave up. Back to the store.

The guys were perfect and professional both times that they came out to mount the TVs. 1st the Samsung 65 inch., then the Sony. Each time they were far more than what I expected. Really excellent.

This was a huge waste of time and money. If you are at all handy, just hang your TV yourself. Our TV was first hung lop sided, and we had to argue with the tech to fix that. We received no guidance after the installation on operation of our mount or tv functionality, and they did not put the wires through our wall as we had been told would happen. After the tech left, we realized it was not-centered over our fireplace by multiple inches. After an hour on the phone with customer service, we were able to schedule a time a week later for the tech to come back out. The tech was 3 hours late to our second appointment window, and was extremely rude about having to come back out. He made adjustments to our mount and fixed the issue, while complaining that corporate hadn't passed along a message to us on how to fix the issue ourselves (in fairness to him - they hadn't). While our issues were eventually resolved, this service was NOT worth the hassle or the money.

The tech delivered my TV; assembled the stand and placed the TV on it; setup the tv's remote and the cable remote; and removed the packaging materials.

It looks amazing. I was very satisfied with the work and about three people showed up and they got the job done supper fast.
