These guys knew what they were doing and their set up included educating us on use of the remotes and set up for easy use of menus and apps.

The agents mounted my TV and connected my soundbar. The soundbar was supposed to be attached to the TV, but was attached to the wall instead because the attachment pieces were backwards. I wanted my TV flush to the ceiling like my old TV. The agent insisted that was not the right place for a TV and talked me into lowering it. I hate how low it is on the wall, if on our couch, can't see TV past the chair. None of the furniture I've looked at for under the TV fits because it's so low. I never should have listened to him because I now have to find someone to raise the TV higher. Because the soundbar was attached to the wall, there will now be visible holes when everything is moved up.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Everything works. I do wish they I had a few more questions before installing because I would have connected the TV to a wired connection for the smart features. But wireless works fine

The Geek Squad guys REALLY Know Their Job. They were here on time; Unpacked the mdse., Had it installed, fully set-up; programed, Working GREAT, Mess all cleaned-up, & leaving, in about an hour.

I got the Geek Squad to set up my tv in a new house (it has surround sound hooked up to a home theater speaker system). They did a great job and advised me what to buy to hook up the rest of the sound system.
