If you are comfortable with your AV system, this service is great. The technicians did not assist with network set up with this level of service. If you can add the TV to your network save money and use this service.

We needed this service because the TV was too big for us to mount. The installer tried to upgrade us to the deluxe install, and he succeeded. The process was good, but we had to cut some wire ties after they left in order to fit the wiring in our cable channel cover that was installed previously.

The agents mounted my 65" tv and connected my soundbar quickly. Also explained previously unknown features. Great work

I could not be happier about the excellent job the Geek Squad guys did with the mounting and setup for my new Sony 55" TV. These guys know what they're doing and actually care about doing it right. Highly recommended!!!!!!

This TV was replacing a smaller TV and it is awesome and the price was well below what I have paid for smaller TV's in the past. The Geek Squad Service was great.

I had three mounts and 4 TV’s that I purchased at Best Buy. One of the mounts was not the mount I ordered and needed replacement. One of the mounts was broken which did not become apparent until the contractor left. I reordered two of the mounts and prior to them being replaced noticed that the sales clerk had ordered the wrong size mounts. Back to the store for the third time. Since I had paid the $200 to be a Total Tech Member, I thought I would use the phone support folks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING PHONE SUPPORT! After being transferred 6 times, I gave up. Back to the store.

Breezy installation with friendly service. We had no issues as they were very professional with the installation.

It wasn't Geek squad, A contractor showed up Solo, I helped him. They offered to reschedule, I didn't want to take another day off from work, I decided to help out. helped mount it but that was it , didn't help making sure my TV was connected to the home theatre properly. Stated when asked , he had other jobs to get to.

I’ve read some mixed reviews when it came to the TV installation, overall the pros that came in were in and out in about 20 minutes. It was a job well done! Couldn’t be any happier !

This bracket was the perfect fit for the space. It offered enough access in case cables needed to be replaced in the future.

The service was great but they came way after the estimated time of the service call. Scheduled for 7AM-1PM and showed up at 4PM. Because they were behind schedule they did the job, but I could tell they were anxious to get on to the next job.

The agents mounted my tv and connected it all to my device.But now theres a problem in sounds when connected smartcast from my tablet,we need assistance again.

The first agents didn't mount my TV as I had paid for. The second team did as supposed to be done at first place

This was a very good decision. I needed to have the TV hooked up so that I can stream while on the treadmill. The installer tweaked it to make the experience better.
