The TV Mounting service I received was PERFECT in every way. The techs who came out were professional and met all of my needs. I highly recommend the Geek Squad tech Your; he was amazing and is an asset to this company!!!

The geek squad guys mounted the TV to the wall and reinstalled all the devices. They cleaned up after themselves and where very helpful in explaining the features of the new TV.

I had the Geek Squad install the TV and I am very glad I did. Dan was great, very knowledgeable. He set everything up including my existing components and everything is working great. Thanks for making it so easy Dan!!!

The gentlemen that delivered and installed my TV and wall mount were amazing. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. They made sure everything was installed and set up correctly at the beginning!

Had to call back the tech (Tray) to program the remote and he was not able to recognize that the cable box went thru the VCR until I mentioned having to turn to channel 3 on 1 remote and play on another. Tray also did not measure/tell me that the cord from the TV to the extension cord was "a little short" and needed "to be raised up". He went to look for something in the TV box he had offered to dispose of to use. I looked at the connection, unplugged from the extension cord and plugged directly into the wall. No problem. Why did Tray ( and I hate to say it) not think of this as the "expert"? I could go on, but let me say your "customer service" team was also lacking in acceptable customer service. Just a personal experience observation ……

We are enjoying the new 75 inch TV a lot but not happy about the installation work. The installers came in, said that the in-wall boxes could not fit into the space between the dry wall and the concrete block. They drilled 4 holes in the family room wall and the outside patio wall, installed the two televisions and left with the wires hanging down from the TV to the outlet near the floor. My wife was very upset, especially with the wires hanging down in the family room. So we called an electrician and he came and installed a new box up behind the TV on the patio. He and I took down the new 75 inch Samsung on the family room wall and he cut holes in the dry wall and ran the cords down inside and back out near the electrical outlet near the floor. He used small plastic frames that went into the dry wall and covered them with wall plates that the TV wires went through. He said anyone could have done that since the wires were connected to electric and TV outside the drywall. He charged us $500.00+ and left. The money I paid for the 2 wall outlet boxes that were not installed by the geek squad were refunded to me but I’m upset about the extra money I was charged for the premium TV mounting (SKU:3008018 on the invoice) along with the “Brick Stone or Concrete Wall Type” (SKU:4570100 on the invoice). When I asked the Best Buy advisor about this before paying for the TV and installation, he said “it’s in case they have to do things that are more complicated or take more time during the install”, so I let them keep it on the quote. What I saw was NO ATTEMPT to do anything outside of looking at the wall and saying, “nope the wall box won’t fit”! They just drilled four holes in each wall and bolted the mounts to them. Zip tied the wires running down the outside of the family room wall and left. I requested a refund the $49.99 for the patio TV (since it was not 55 inch or larger) and the $79.99 for EACH TV that was not wired inside the wall. The $159.98 and $49.99 (and tax) doesn’t come close to covering the $500.00+ electrician bill but it would least make me feel like I hadn’t been taken the cleaners on this installation. I did pay for the 1 year Geek Squad $200.00 deal to avoid having to pay $200 to install each TV, but when you add the $159.99 and 49.99 you get…. more than $200.00 so I didn’t really save anything by doing that did I?

The technicians were quick and very accurate!! Made sure to measure / check other side of wall not to do any damage . The height I asked for and they covered there goes while in my home . Awesome

It was only about a 10 minute DL it cost 150 bucks because we had the Toltec package, but all in all, they did an amazing job, and they are very professional!

The agents mounted the TV. They were knowledgeable and quick. Most importantly they came on time and finished in a timely manner and didn't hold my day hostage. Plus the techs were great

Best Buy sent 2 very knowledgeable agents who safely and securely mounted my 70" tv and connected it to all of my devices. I will definitely be using this service again.

Sonos sound bar isn't turning on with the tv. All is conne. cted properly. Just not synced. Have to restart tv with power button. I have spoken with Sonos and Sony. Still no solution after 2 weeks.

They were right on time, and got the job done within 15 minutes start to finish!!! It would’ve taken us a couple of hours to do ourselves!!!! I highly recommend this service!!!

These guys knew what they were doing and their set up included educating us on use of the remotes and set up for easy use of menus and apps.
