The geek squad arrive on time and installed my TV exactly where I wanted it. They were pleasant and took the cartons away and set up my old TV. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Arrived on time and got the job done perfectly. No mess and very prompt on getting the job done correctly.

When I came in to get information on mounting my TV, the guy I spoke with was very helpful. My concern was that I wanted the TV mounted with all the cords hidden. He directed me to an installation package I would need as well as a TV mount. Fast forward to installation day and the installers have already drilled holes for mounting and inform me that the HDMI and optical cables can be hidden, but not the power cord unless I "buy up" to the package that will provider this service. This seems like ambush sales tactics. I knew what I wanted the finished product to be so if I was made aware of this in store it wouldn't have been a big deal. Otherwise, the installation looks great.

The Geek Squad came, as scheduled,...and said, "wait, your walls are too fragile,...to presently hang this TV." I told them, shortly,...we'd be moving! They were helpful!

Breezy installation with friendly service. We had no issues as they were very professional with the installation.

I brought in the Geek Squad to install and mount the new 43" Samsung TX since I didn't want any wires showing. The TV was installed using wireless receiver mounted to back. Plan executed and a job well done.

Clean, thorough installation process by technician. Took a little longer than anticipated, but primarily because he was left to work by himself to mount a 60 flat screen and wall bracket. Ultimately I was satisfied with the installation and would not have wanted to attempt to install on my own.
