Agents kept us well informed, provided updates and showed us TV mount height prior to installation.

They were quick and knew what they were doing!! I bought 2-65" TV's and it took a little over an hour to mount both.

Excellent service. They explained everything and set up the cable and the sound bar and cleaned out all the debris as well.

I have a very complicated TV/Entertainment Center set up with THOUSANDS of wires. There is absolutely no way I could have figured out how to connect/re-connect everything once I bought a new 65" TV. Thankfully, Geek Squad was able to get it all hooked up properly....but it did take close to 5 hours!!!

The tech delivered my TV; assembled the stand and placed the TV on it; setup the tv's remote and the cable remote; and removed the packaging materials.
