Geek Squad done a great job, delivering the TV and hanging the 65" TV on the wall. Done a fantastic job at getting the mount height and level of tilt correct. Was able to answer any questions I had. I was impressed.

Geek squad did great job on leveling and mounting my tv correctly. They were polite and kind enough to answer questions on my upcoming entertainment purchases. I will definitely use them again.

Geek squad refused to put new mount up on brick. Connected speakers but did not put in back of tv but in cable. Cannot get sound for youtube or facebook. Said didn't have a long enough cord but went down to other tv and found it. Said we didn't need it that for our purposes the cable was good enough. Sound not in sync and can't adjust with cord in cable box. Can't find the hole in back of tv with current setup. Seems the team does not receive the copious notes left for them so they arrive not prepared to do work. would like to get the sound hook up changed. after several cancellations finding the situation interminable

Full motion mount was installed with not issues; new 60" TV installed and connected to all my devices. Works great!

Geek Squad did the install for reasonable price. Very professional and sought input from us as far as height of the screen before final install.
