Geek Squad does not communicate directly with Best Buy and together the two looked like clowns at a circus. I returned my purchases of $3,000 because of the customer abuse I took with 2 failed attempts to install a 65 inch picture frame TV over a 4 week period. The customer focus of Best Buy is so lacking as they do not even allow a customer to call the store. If is to not "waste time" for the workers good job as I saw a min of 6-8 workers in blue shirts walking around doing NOTHING while I went to the store after the first failed attempt to install the TV given I could not call anyone. I will NEVER buy anything at Best Buy again and will certainly air this awful experience on all forms of Social Media. IT was abuse and a real Hostage crisis. Best Buy should be ashamed of how they treat customers after the sale!!!! Good thing there is a return policy!

Best Buy passed none of my instructions on to the third party they sent. As a result, they grabbed my TV by the panel damaging it! I now have dead pixels!

The guys were perfect and professional both times that they came out to mount the TVs. 1st the Samsung 65 inch., then the Sony. Each time they were far more than what I expected. Really excellent.

The agents mounted my TV and connected my soundbar. The soundbar was supposed to be attached to the TV, but was attached to the wall instead because the attachment pieces were backwards. I wanted my TV flush to the ceiling like my old TV. The agent insisted that was not the right place for a TV and talked me into lowering it. I hate how low it is on the wall, if on our couch, can't see TV past the chair. None of the furniture I've looked at for under the TV fits because it's so low. I never should have listened to him because I now have to find someone to raise the TV higher. Because the soundbar was attached to the wall, there will now be visible holes when everything is moved up.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of mounting my new Sansung 85in TV. They were extra careful to not damage any of my walls or furniture. We were very pleased.
