I guess good and bad. Overall, didt a good job. However i bought a nice universal mount with full motion, They did not want to use that one because it would of been harder to install on the wall.. So if we wanted it done right then, we had to buy there mount off the truck at a higher price. So wasnt really pleased with that. IT was for my son, or i would of sent them on there way and they would of had to drive back out. Would of just cost geek squad more money for a return visit,

Geek Squad was excellent when installing a larger TV (65"), especially during the winter months. They come prepared and are very professional. Highly recommend them.

The agent mounted my 82" Q80 Samsung TV and connected it to my Comcast router. He was very courteous and made sure I knew how to operate the remote to get full use of my new television.

Slow. Polite but slower than I thought it would take.

Even though it may say free for 55” and smaller, it may not be if you cannot schedule it online. Was not able to schedule it online and when I went into the store, I was charged $179.00 for the 25 minute job.

My mount was installed on my TV and mounted on the wall above my fireplace in less that 30 min. The two technicians were awesome, knowledgable and friendly
