The Geek Squad service help me make my living room into a theater. I would recommend them to my friends and family. They are number one and are very courteous. Fast and friendly.

Installers were very knowledgeable and quick to set everything up. They had all tools required, cleaned up before and after installation, and briefed us on what they did and the operation of the television.

The Geek Squad was great! They delivered and mounted my new 85” Samsung on the wall, hooked up the sound bar, all devices and made sure everything was working perfect.

The men knew what they were doing for in my house the studs are very hard to find,They managed to find them and installed the wall mount for my new Sony tv and the t.v as well.Couldn't ask for a better job.

They couldn’t install my mount over my fireplace couldn’t find the studs and neither could I all good very nice and professional young men

My entire experience with Best Buy and the Geek squad was outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend both for your purchases and IT support.

Having the total tech support is a bonus as the costs to have stuff done are low. my only issue is that the sales staff arent as knowledgeable as the tech so i ended up having to purchase stuff from the tech and returning stuff which i didn't need which is a customer service nightmare

Professional, Perfect and quick. They did it fast..

Geek squad refused to put new mount up on brick. Connected speakers but did not put in back of tv but in cable. Cannot get sound for youtube or facebook. Said didn't have a long enough cord but went down to other tv and found it. Said we didn't need it that for our purposes the cable was good enough. Sound not in sync and can't adjust with cord in cable box. Can't find the hole in back of tv with current setup. Seems the team does not receive the copious notes left for them so they arrive not prepared to do work. would like to get the sound hook up changed. after several cancellations finding the situation interminable
