Techs (2) showed up on time, mounted 55" tv on wall of lanai with no problems or complications. In & out in about 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional.

so sad that store and geek squad don't communicate...after 3 attempts we finally got this installed... store was told of our unique situation (which was originally done by geek squad) needed 2 people due to being up in the air. very frustrating

The agents mounted a tv to the wall. They weren't sure if the bracket we purchased would fit, but they made it work. Were efficient, problem-solved and were quick and tidy.

The Geek Squad guys were great. Arrived right on time and very professional & friendly. Mounted the TV onto the wall mount & everything fit straight & perfect. These guys are GREAT!

Even though it may say free for 55” and smaller, it may not be if you cannot schedule it online. Was not able to schedule it online and when I went into the store, I was charged $179.00 for the 25 minute job.

The Tv was defective but Best Buy made the replacement very easy and the Geek Squad came back to replace it.

Excellent work, perfect mounting and syncing the tv to the cable arrangement. Great advice on other things. Impossible to be happier with the service.

The TV is slightly mount higher compared to the size of the room. It needs to be lowered few inches
