I absolutely Love my new tv is perfect and the guys in the store are awesome!

These guys were great!! They did all that was asked and made sure I was happy before leaving!! It was awesome!!

Two nice guys from Best Buy came and set up our new LG TV. We were also shown how to use our new voice remote. They also hauled off our old dead tv.

The geek squad agents did a good job & were professional & personable. I think there is a problem with the sound bar & sub woofer that I hope they will adjust when they come to calibrate.

Had the Geek Squad wall mount my old LG 60" YV and my new Sony 75" TV. Excellent results. I am concerned that they might have used drywall anchors in lieu of studs for my new TV mount.

The Geek Squad technicians installed my new television and mounting bracket in record time, and they were pleasant and courteous every step of the way. They even laughed at my bad jokes.

The team was phenominal. Their communication is top-notch and being in the client service industry myself, this says a lot.

Television mounting info was never explained. I called to ask about materials needed and specifics about my particular installation and could never speak to anyone. Apparently $250 to mount a television to the wall only counts for a tv that is mounted at eye level or lower. Because it needed to be mounted above a fireplace, there was an additional charge of $130. This is an unfortunate surprise charge that’s basically saying , you want the tv hung or not? So you are Shanghai’d for a ridiculous $130 hidden cost. It’s not worth it.
