Programmed DIRECTV remote incorrectly

When I called to ask them to send someone to rectify the situation, they refused. This is not my first experience dealing with Best Buy on an issue like this and I literally hadn’t dealt bought anything from them in many years because of their poor customer service. I finally decided to give them another chance and I’m so disappointed. I won’t be doing it again. It’s not because mistakes were made, it’s because they don’t stand behind what they do to make them right. Paid a premium price for sub par service.
