    No muss, no fuss. The bracket was put up a bit crooked for our TV and they came back out and fixed it with the utmost professionalism and grace. Well done, gentlemen!

    The installers did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I believe the mount is defective, as adjusting the left to right level does not hold no matter what I do.
