Jeff Sanchez is the best. He did a fantastic job installing the sound bar and woofer and mounting of tv on the wall. The remotes were a challenge for me and after Jeff's instructions became more understandable. Jeff Sanchez, Thank you for all your help - I appreciated it so much.

The agents did an amazing job. Left everything clean and even recycled my old broken tv.

Purchased this tv to replace ours that was broken during a move. The one small thing that makes it less than perfect is that I thought I selected the same 65" 4K LG 8200 we had, but the new one is a step down from our original tv.

The technician unable to find the studs and made multiple holes in the wall. Finally, they found it and hung the tv . Happy.
