Unlike another review I posted, this service was done by the real Geek Squad. They were quick, courteous, and did an excellent job of mounting my LG OLED tv.

The Technicians were very qualified and they mounted the TV within 2 hours. The price for the installation of $300.00 up front and then another $216.00 as the installation starts is a little exorbitant and I find it to be excessive

The Geeks were there on tie and did a very good job of installing my wall mount. They even cleaned up the area when finished. I'm very happy with their work and professionalism.

Everything appeared to be working properly until the installer left and we turned off the tv. When we turned it on the next day, the new tv and new sonos soundbar connected to it were not reading each other and we couldn't get the sound on without using the Sonos app on my phone to activate it. I learned this from our sales rep who walked me through it the first time. However, when we turned the tv off, we were still not able to get the sound on without going into the phone app. We scheduled a do over by calling the Geek Squad and it took a few minutes for him to realize the tv setup needed to be changed to allow the sound to come on automatically. He was great! Everything is good now.

The installers did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I believe the mount is defective, as adjusting the left to right level does not hold no matter what I do.
