    Agents mounted and set up my TV quickly. They connected TV to the internet, programmed accessories and showed me how everything worked. Great helpful and friendly attitude.

    The agents, Christain did a great job. Had to change mount somewhat do to bigger upgrade. Very professional. Love my total tech membership.

    The Geek Squad came in, mounted my 85" TV, showed me how to use the remote and they were on their way !! They were the nicest people and did a FANTASTIC job !

    The installer mounted my TV and got it connected to myWi-Fi and my cable provider. Exterior installation under pool deck cover. I would have never attempted this myself. Good Luck

    It started out as not so great as they changed my appointmentire I had set-up, but all in all a good job. I didn't get the mount in wanted do to wall structure, but they were able to get my TV mounted.

    We brought the TV home with us. The mounting crew (Roy) showed up a couple days later to mount it. They were GREAT and show us everything we needed to know.

    They mounted my 86 in LG television on my wall and hooked up a sound bar system they were very quick I am very thorough I'm in big-screen heaven thanks Best Buy!

    The geek squad service was excellent. The gentleman was repaired what needed repairing and installed the blue ray player correctly, which I could not do.
