    Complete thorough job. Got everything attached up and running. Even did a little extra chore on another TV that was bugging me. He fixed it when Xfinity could not.

    The tech was on time. Called in advance to let me know he was on the way. he was well supplied with everything he needed, other than the mount that was required of me to purchase.

    The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my devices. Horizontally it is crooked by 1/2 inch called geek squad two weeks ago no return contact. Also they were going to program my controller and have not done that either.

    The Geek Squad guys were wonderful. They even gave us a mini-lesson on how to use the remote control for the tv. They were very professional and courteous.

    The Geeksquad agents mounted our new 65" Samsung Smart QLED TV to our bedroom wall. They did an excellent job, were quick, and took the empty box with them. Great service.
