Mounted new tv and removed old TV everything went well with no problems explained earphones would not work with TV had to return to store

Awesome team that mounted and set up my tv. Set up most of my apps on front screen and I was ready to enjoy my tv when they left

He used mounting screws for the TV that were to short and my TV almost fell to the floor when I put it on the bracket. I had to go and buy new screws

The agents helped to install my TV successfully. Initially they mentioned that there’s not enough space to hold the trash in their truck but upon request, they helped to dispose the trash together.

The Geek Squad agents mounted my TV and connected all of my devices properly. They were efficient and the work was done cleanly and respectfully.

This 83" TV is large and the Geek Squad made installing it like child's play. Quick and clean and they were in and out in an hour+.

They dismounted 1 TV and moved it to MBR then remounted. They also mounted a new 77" tv. They were very professional, efficient and courteous.

I replaced an earlier standard mount with the swivel and tilt mount tha works perfectly.

The agents mounted my TV, plugged in all my devices, tested everything before leaving, cleaned up any mess and returned my set of unused short HDMI cables for credit.

I did not use this TVCONNECT 5 and payed for it on my Visa card and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. I have called the company more than 3 times and no response

AGENTS INSTALLED MY MOUNT THEN MOUNTED MY 50 IN TV AND DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. MOUNT IS VERY STURDY AND WORKS WELL. ALSO SET UP TV AND SHOWED HOW TO USE THE SMART COMPONENTS.

Geek Squad attached the mounting bracket to the wall, attached the 60" tv, and hooked it up to the cable box and DVD player. Also input the tv settings, and demonstrated features on the remote control.

The agents were friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Big thanks to them! They did a great job!

They did a great job installing the TV and it's worth it (it takes away all the stress and it puts the responsibility on Best Buy). They did a great job of aligning it and setting it up from A-Z.

So glad to have tv mounted to wall. Would have thought it would have been centered, but ended up working out. Mom is enjoying her new 50", and the tree off to the side, she loves it! T.Y.
