The installer was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Installation was less traumatic than I thought.

The Geeks were there on tie and did a very good job of installing my wall mount. They even cleaned up the area when finished. I'm very happy with their work and professionalism.

Had to return to the store and purchase 2 additional parts not previously recommended.

Everything appeared to be working properly until the installer left and we turned off the tv. When we turned it on the next day, the new tv and new sonos soundbar connected to it were not reading each other and we couldn't get the sound on without using the Sonos app on my phone to activate it. I learned this from our sales rep who walked me through it the first time. However, when we turned the tv off, we were still not able to get the sound on without going into the phone app. We scheduled a do over by calling the Geek Squad and it took a few minutes for him to realize the tv setup needed to be changed to allow the sound to come on automatically. He was great! Everything is good now.

These guys were very professional and came up with a creative solution to place the TV on the wall.. Glad I went with Best Buy.

Measure once and got it right. I know that they do this all the time but they also took the time to ask us where we wanted to tv on the wall. Awesome job
