The team that installed my tv and wall mount were wonderful. Did not explain how to remove tv from wall mount. Other than that they were very helpful.

10/10 would recommend to any buyer that isnt the best at building or tech savy

Dude did a great job mounting the tv. They wasn’t able to finish because they were sold out of the wall out let box to conceal the wires in the wall but he told me now to solve that and that he would come back and fix it and he did……like FOUR WEEKS LATER! It wasn’t the installer’s fault. It was Best Buy’s fault. I was supposed to get the cables out inside our walls the next weekend, which I was told we were scheduled for but nobody showed up. I called and they apologized and said they accidentally didn’t get me on the schedule so they scheduled me for the next weekend. Again, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I called and they said no one put me on the calendar. I CALLED AGAIN and was told I was on the calendar for the THIRD STRAIGHT WEEK IN A ROW. And somebody finally showed up. Took two days off work for nobody to show up for two straight weeks. Customer service was atrocious. The worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t deal with that again.

I had a 65" Samsung Curved hung as well as the Sonos Playbar. Everything is centered, and the tech's were professional and courteous.

The Geek Team was great in mounting my rack. They were friendly, and well respected. Thanks for doing a great job.

The Geek guys were professional, quick and may a point to make sure I was happy with service. Without being pushy they convince me to get the extended warranty. I would recommend the Geek Squad.
