Friendly installers

My only 2 regrets: they didn’t show me how to adjust the tv on the mount and they offered to hook up my sound bar but charged me another $50 for that easy work. Overall though, it was nice to have it done professionally.

Great instalation, poor finish !

The person that was left behind to program the The TV to Direct TV could not complete the task. I was told that direct TV was at fault so the job was not completed and my wife and I never the proper instructions on the operations of our new TV. Direct TV was not at fault. The next day I called Best Buy and was able to program the the TV remote in less than 5 minutes. I would still like to know how to get the most out of my TV. " HELP"
