Guys arrived on time. Placed my tv on my wall, corner mount just where I wanted it. They were courteous, cleaned up everything and left everything set up and in perfect condition.

The agents mounted our Sony TV into a cabinet in the ceiling. First time they did this and with NOglitches.They were able to connect an IR cable to get the video connection.

Always helpful and courteous knowing full well I'm not technically savvy! Well worth the price!

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job setting up my 85" Samsung TV !

The agents were knowledgeable and courteous. We encountered a technical problem, but after some discussion came to acceptable resolution.

This install took two attempts. The final install was great. If I could give a 0 Star I would - 1000% FAIL by Bestbuy for On-line purchase. First attempt TV was scheduled to be delivered and installed by a BestBuy 3rd party vendor who failed to show up. Had to cancel order and re-order at the store and the final delivery and installation was weeks late despite me contacting BestBuy numerous times to try to mitigate. In the future if I need install, I am going into store where there are people who are accountable.

Geek Squad technicians cam when they said they would and completed in the installation quickly. They set-up the TV menus and options. Outstanding job!

Dismount & mount of new TV was fine, but the setup was marginal. Not familiar with IPTV, which uses the Wi-Fi. Had to schedule a service call with Grande/ Astound to complete setup. Have had good experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past, but not this time.

For the first time ever, we decided to mount our TV on the wall. Glad we had the Geek Squad install the mount and TV. Professionally done and disposed of all packing material.
