I had Cameroon and Lucas do my TV wall mount. These two high tech did a great job mounting my TV and then set everything up. They are so good no one could come close to these two guys. I am so pleased with their work and knowledge of the tv was very impressive this was the best service I have ever had.

Excellent! Installation of large wall mount tv at office in high-rise building. Surprisingly easy to obtain certificate of insurance as required by Landlord. On time, efficient and they hooked everything up perfectly. Would use again for residence or business with no hesitation.

The guys that came to mount our new tv did a great job. They were quick to get it installed and the ease of installation made me feel good about how it turned out and would be firmly supported on the wall. This is the second time I have used Geek Squad for TV mountings.

On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. I never have anyone fix/install anything for me. NEVER!! This time for my new Samsung 85" I did. I thought it would be mainly about the weight, but that was just 10-20% of the issue I would have faced doing it myself. I overhaul engines and transmissions, I installed solar in my camper and wired my shop, but THIS TIME I chose to have the GEEKS to do it. I am still congratulating myself for the dumb luck that made me make that decision. It was the tech side that would have been my undoing. I'm still patting myself on my back.

The Geek Squad folks that installed my TV did an excellent job very efficient. and cleaned up everything and made sure it was working and I understood it.

The guys went above and beyond. Put on plastic coverings over their shoes. Professionally unmounted the old mount for me, put in the new one, let me try it out, and then put the old mount back in for me when they realized it was better for my needs. Would do again for sure. Very professional.

The Geek Squad guys, Chris and Chris came and mounted my 65” TV to my brick fireplace. They finished very quickly and were really nice and neat.

My new TV is great. I love the picture and ease of setup. My only issue is with Sony and AT&T TV. They do not have the app so I used an AT&T TV box and it works well. I also love the audio from it as well. No need for elaborate audio equipment.

I had them install several tv’s on the same day. My new one was an 86 “. I’m a bit of a tech dummy. They patiently showed me everything. Also didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. They were super nice and everything was done efficiently and neatly.

This is my third time using geek squad installation. I’m extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and speed of this team. I prefer making all of my large purchases through Best Buy just because I like having the support of geek squad.

Great service and the geek squealed installed in perfectly and even asked if I wanted it set up for me. They worked quietly and efficiently as I am working from home and once they were ready to drill, asked me for confirmation on the system. My only complaint is when they pulled the covers off the screen. It left residue that they ignored.

The techs were very well educated on my product and the installation was fast and well done. They walked me through the functions of the TV and helped me set up my system to sync with the TV.

Very professional, prompt and courteous service. Installed the new TV, hauled off the old one and they were in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

In November of 2018, I purchased 3- Samsung 43" 4K Smart TVs. I worked with Trekas Sims, Magnolia Home Theater Supervisor in the Brookfield, WI Store. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, answered all my questions and had some great suggestions. I came prepared and the purchase was a breeze. Delivery was as scheduled. Geek squad agent Cameron Gingrass came to my home for a site survey one week before my items were delivered. On the day of delivery, there were no surprises. Cameron efficiently installed the 2 walls mounts & hung the televisions on the day of delivery. He was a wealth of information. He was also conscious of cleanliness and used cardboard to catch his drill shavings & wore booties while in my home. He did exactly what I expected and more. I felt confident with his assessments and recommendations. He is an asset to the Geek Squad, as is Tre and I hope management realizes this. They both are stellar representatives of Best Buy Geek Squad and Best Buy Magnolia respectively and I hope this is duly noted.
