The techs showed up on time and did the job quickly and professionally. They even fine tuned my tv which they didn’t need to do since it wasn’t a new TV setup.

They mounted my TV, but failed to do a final check before they left. I have no volume control for anything now. I have no sound from my computer. The audio cables are not connected correctly. I called to have them come back but I had to set up a whole new Geek Squad appointment. So for the next 4 days I have no volume control, or sound from my computer for streaming. Not pleased with this. When calling best buy I was on hold for almost 10 minutes, seemingly the norm these days. The foreign support center is a headache. They read prepared statements before doing anything and repeat back to me everything I said first. It drives me nuts when I just want to get on with it. I purchased a $2400 Sony 65" Bravia OLED (to replace a 3 year old LG OLED that had horrible burn in the screen (not from any static displays) in 4 separate places and black triangular shapes coming up from the bottom of the screen) and brought it into my house by myself, but then had to pay $343 (wasn't it supposed to be included?) to take the old TV down from my already installed mount and put the new one up. Then reposition my sound bar (took 5 minutes) and hook up all the cables. Easy. But...no volume or sound.

The Geek Squad connected my TV used universal safety precautions , they were quick and clean after completing . They wore mask, gloves , shoe covering and cones

The team that installed my tv and wall mount were wonderful. Did not explain how to remove tv from wall mount. Other than that they were very helpful.

The guys did a great job in mounting (over the fireplace) and setting up my TV and existing Bose sound system to it. Also set up the internet and Netflix on the TV.

It is beautiful, but I was never consulted about how I wanted it mounted. I had to take 2 pictures down and if they'd moved it a bit, one could have gone back.

Crew arrived on time and did a great job. Cords are hidden and the box was attached to the tv mount with ties, very good value compared to other installers.

Installers have been awesome both times definitely worth it.

The agents were very nice, and it didn’t take long for them to mount the tv. Only problem I have is that the bottom clips on the mount broke.

The techs were fast, efficient, courteous, and friendly. They even gave some good advice.
