Outstanding service! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The appointment was within 2days of purchase an the technicians were right on time. 100% happy!

The TV guys that came out to mounted our TV did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable help set up our sound bar with our TV as well.

Agents did not accurately credit my account for upgraded TV and accessories I did not need. Also, he did not correctly program my remote, and did not correctly complete TV set up. Had to have Best Buy agent return, and then had to have my cable company come and ultimately fix problems. Very disappointed. Not satisfied. Not worth $249.00 installation charge. Also, telephone customer service help marginal, system was not set up to allow them to make adjustments and corrections.
