The geek squad was amazing, so kind and knowledgeable!

The agents had to mount a new soundbar and remount old tv with new soundbar. Very professional and performed an excellent job. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great install team. Contacted us the day before to provide a install time. Arrived as expected!

The tech who performed the installation showed up on time and did a wonderful job. However, trying to schedule the appointment was an ordeal. The Best Buy voice activated call director would not recognize what I wanted done and sent me to the wrong person several times. Finally, I was able to get a good customer service person on the line by pressing 0 several times. I suggest that Best Buy scrap the voice activated call director and go back to having us push buttons for our choices.

The installers arrived promptly. Their work wad excellent. Very appreciative of their services.

They mounted my TV, but failed to do a final check before they left. I have no volume control for anything now. I have no sound from my computer. The audio cables are not connected correctly. I called to have them come back but I had to set up a whole new Geek Squad appointment. So for the next 4 days I have no volume control, or sound from my computer for streaming. Not pleased with this. When calling best buy I was on hold for almost 10 minutes, seemingly the norm these days. The foreign support center is a headache. They read prepared statements before doing anything and repeat back to me everything I said first. It drives me nuts when I just want to get on with it. I purchased a $2400 Sony 65" Bravia OLED (to replace a 3 year old LG OLED that had horrible burn in the screen (not from any static displays) in 4 separate places and black triangular shapes coming up from the bottom of the screen) and brought it into my house by myself, but then had to pay $343 (wasn't it supposed to be included?) to take the old TV down from my already installed mount and put the new one up. Then reposition my sound bar (took 5 minutes) and hook up all the cables. Easy. But...no volume or sound.

The gentleman were very clean,neat and organized. They left my house in the same condition they found it. They were very helpful in showing me everything there is about the TV.

They did an ok job. In terms of fastening it to the wall securely and fastening it to the tv securely, and being professional: 5/5. But the other part of it that they didn't do so well, is that you really have to start with where you want the tv to be, in all 3 dimensions, and then work backwards from there to position the mount. They didn't do that, and It ended up in kind of an awkward, less than ideal location imo. And of course once you've positioned it, there is really no changing it.

Agent was knowledgeable and efficient. He and his assistant mounted and connected our TV without incident, and did a great job!

The Geek Squad wins again! Please keep up the standard. Super helpful. Mounted both TVs professionally and help me understand everything. Very friendly and humorous.

The service bought was setup of the new TV & removal of the old TV; however, the old 65" was too big for the crew doing the setup, so, another appointment had to be made to remove the old TV.

I installed this mounting bracket myself. The instructions were clear and I only needed help from one person lifting the 75" tv up to the wall mount.

Geek squad did a great job and the recommended mount was perfect as well.

Had to return to the store and purchase 2 additional parts not previously recommended.

It's worth the price to know it's mounted correctly and securely.

On time, efficient, friendly, looks great. Highly recommend
