The two men who mounted our tv were very friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail and were very helpful.

I watched as they worked and Geek Squad set it up to make it easy for me to switch between programming and how knowledgeable they are at their business.

The mount is not bad. It keeps the tv close to the wall. Only thing is we originally wanted a full motion mount but they sold us this one said it would be better. With this mount it is pretty hard to plug anything in because not much room behind it.

I am so happy that I chose geek squad setup and delivery. The installer was prompt and knew what he was doing. My tv and soundbar was setup and working in no time. Great job!!

Geek Squad installed my TV, sound bar and set it the channels and otherr devices I needed. They showed up early and did a great job.

Excellent job. We had a problem selecting the height. Now that we have been watching tv for a couple weeks, we wish the mount was 2 inches higher.

We delayed delivery and set up so we could be on Geek Squad’s schedule. When a third-party installed arrived with our TV, I was extremely disappointed. The installed did install the TV and closed the ticket even though he was unable to set up the headset as requested. Called the store at 8 pm when we discovered the headset was too advanced for the tv. Put on hold twice for a long time. Could have come to the store, bought a new headset that night. But with the long holds, time ran out. The next day I bought a new headset and optics cable. Set up another headset install appointment. The job was finally completed, but with many unnecessary delays.

this is more about best buy scheduling. if you could go back and review- initially I was told 7am-7pm. two days before i was told 11-1:30. the day before i was told 7 am -11am. I called and was told by that person 3:30-7. he put me on hold and said he made mistake. it would be 7-11 and likely closer to the early time. the day of delivery no show by 11:30. called, told they would call right back with update. 12:30 still no call. called again. the delivery guy then called at said sorry and was on his way. when he arrived he said they never should have said 7am. he doesnt start work till 9 am. I AM so sorry i spent the $200. on total tech. your delivery was ridiculous. the install went quickly but I wasted an entire half day when the knew all along it would not be till at least 10am.

Agents were great. IT was relativbely difficulty connection but the figure it out and my TV hasn't not fallen off the wall at all.

The agent at Geek Squad discussed both wired and wireless connection options with me, suggested the proper equipment, and assisted me with price comparisons.
