Excellent customer service I would recommend Geek Squad in the future

The technician installed my TV quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything worked before he left.

Great TV and even better tech service to mount this 75" tv on my wall.

The agents connected my TV and other components satisfactorily but I am still making adjustments to get the system working as I would like it rather than what the Geek Squad thought I should have.

The agents mounted the TV quickly and accuratedly, and they connected it to the soundbar, computer, and whatever else my husband had.

Live the service I receive with Geek squad service center, it fast and easy to use.i use it very often and get alot of tech services completed.

this is more about best buy scheduling. if you could go back and review- initially I was told 7am-7pm. two days before i was told 11-1:30. the day before i was told 7 am -11am. I called and was told by that person 3:30-7. he put me on hold and said he made mistake. it would be 7-11 and likely closer to the early time. the day of delivery no show by 11:30. called, told they would call right back with update. 12:30 still no call. called again. the delivery guy then called at said sorry and was on his way. when he arrived he said they never should have said 7am. he doesnt start work till 9 am. I AM so sorry i spent the $200. on total tech. your delivery was ridiculous. the install went quickly but I wasted an entire half day when the knew all along it would not be till at least 10am.

Wonderful 75" Sony TV is living room with lots of windows. It so perfect, hard to believe how much better it is.

Very professional. On time. Showed my different options.

Installers have been awesome both times definitely worth it.

Every TV should be mounted on the wall, it makes such a difference. You don’t need to spend big money on a mount. Just use the Geek Squad to install all the stuff.
