    The agents were very efficient and neat. They quickly installed the wall bracket, and television, answered all my questions, and demonstrated the use of the remote.

    More of an unboxing. They arrived right in the middle of the scheduled time slot, and wasted no time carefully installing pedestal and setting it down on the stand.

    one of the installers (not Geek Squad) had an emergency so they almost cancelled the appointment, they ended up coming out at the end of the day and completing half the job, then they came back the next day to complete.

    I installed this mounting bracket myself. The instructions were clear and I only needed help from one person lifting the 75" tv up to the wall mount.

    The geek squad member performed an excellent job mounting my new 55” tv in a corner and then helped set up the remote and explained everything to me. No subsequent issues.
