Heavy duty bracket

Good Installation, Poor Call Director
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tech who performed the installation showed up on time and did a wonderful job. However, trying to schedule the appointment was an ordeal. The Best Buy voice activated call director would not recognize what I wanted done and sent me to the wrong person several times. Finally, I was able to get a good customer service person on the line by pressing 0 several times. I suggest that Best Buy scrap the voice activated call director and go back to having us push buttons for our choices.

FIXING TV MOUNT
