The Geek squad from my local Princeton store came and did a great job putting up a 75” TV. This was not an easy task because how I wanted the room setup, They managed to exceed all my expectations and made the room into exactly what I wanted. The man cave is now complete. I would recommend for other in home installations.

Just fantastic service from Nathan at the Corona, CA geek squad. Moved & handled very carefully my 60 Samsung Plasma upstairs to my bedroom while returning my 52 Samsung lcd to the garage, this is after installing the Dynex wall mount than the Vizio P65Q9-H1 in the living room. How’s that for service!

The Geek Squad folks that installed my TV did an excellent job very efficient. and cleaned up everything and made sure it was working and I understood it.

The technician from Geek Squad was great! He patiently waited for me to go the hardware store to purchase the the right size bolts that were needed to mount the TV on my stand. Initially Best Buy offered us a third party company for an earlier delivery/installation date but they were unreliable. The third party canceled with us 3 times. As a result, we were very close to canceling our purchase Best Buy should only use Geek Squad!!

These guys were professional and awesome, thank you for having a good attitude and working with me on the install at the last minute. Hope yall enjoy those 3Ds, gents.

The TV setup & mounting has been outstanding! The Geek Squad (Tyler Mullins in particular) and his teammates have done a super job mounting 2 large screen sets with the same mounting system.

the agent from geek squad was pretty knowledgable on the field and installed it like a pro. Gave us good recommendations and suggestions to follow. I would always avoid third party and wait for geek squad person to install anything for my home. Clean work.

I definitely enjoyed their professionalism. They quickly called to confirm their arrival. They unpacked the items with care, set about their tasks, and cleaned as they went. They were very friendly and offered to help set up any devices I wanted, as well as making sure my TV was mounted securely. They were surprised at such a large TV to be mounted, but they stepped up to the plate and made sure my TV was secured, and ready for use. Money well spent

The Geek Squad installed a 70” TV for us. They were on time and completed installation quickly and efficiently. They also set up the new TV to ensure everything was EOY as expected. Great guys and caring service.

Chris, the Geek Squad Technician and his assistant were most professional and answered all questions fully. They advised me as to what they were doing each step of the installation. They placed the TV at the height and centered as I requested. They also mounted the TV to the wall and connected my VHS/CD unit and my security camera box to the TV. They tested all connections to ensure they were functioning. They were exceptional in every aspect of their job performance and dealing with my questions.

I believe this was for the mounting on a floor stand that I provided, and delivery of the Best Buy Brand 55 inch TV and set-up. I have five TV’s in my home, and three have been purchased (Samsungs) mounted and set up by Best Buy. Being a total tech member makes the transactions go smoothly and efficient.

Very professional and personable technicians came to mount and install two TV sets. This is the third time I have had the Geek Squad to install TVs in the last 10 years and they never disappoint me. Great job!! Thank you and highly recommend this Best Buy service.

The geek squad crew showed up right at the start of my appointment time frame. Very professional and thoughtful in their work. We had to move the existing mount down a bit due to the new TV mounting setting is much lower than my old TV. Nonetheless they took on the challenge and was able to utilize my existing mount and made it fit perfectly. Thanks guys

The agents mounted our tv and did a good job. They took the time to measure. The tv went on a very large wall and they took the time to make sure it was centered properly. They even asked at what height we wanted the tv placed. The only issue we had was with customer service over the phone scheduling the appointment. We made it clear that we also wanted Geek Squad to hide the wires behind the tv. Customer service never relayed that to Geek Squad. So when they showed up they didn’t have the required parts so we had to wait an additional 2 weeks to have that kit delivered and installed. All in all it worked out and it looks great. When speaking to customer service, have them repeat what you’re having done so there is no confusion.

Marquese & Terrance provided outstanding service! They were professional, fast and knowledgeable. They installed, mounted and setup my two TVs (65 and 50 inches) effortlessly. My TVs work great And, appreciated their patience when answering all of my questions.

Victor is worth his weight in gold! He was very professional in his installation. He was knowledgeable and took his time in explaining how to use the different features of the TV as well as with my cable box.
