Very helpful and job oriented ontime with installation.

Very difficult time navigating back and forth between dvd and tv. 43 inch tv and DVD player in second tv has no sound since December 19 installation. Called 4 times to geek squad and was never connected. Was on hills 38 minutes last time. Finally got connected via internet to agent on December 23 rd. She could not resolve problems and scheduled tech to come out January 9 th for problem. 17 days later. Inexcusable after paying $350 for full support service. Don’t blame Covid!!!!

Service Team did a great job mounting TV and hooking up 6 speakers and stereo cd player and bluray player!

Great Geek performed outstanding service. He installed the mount, hung the TV and had it working great. He was on-time and professional!

The agent was on time and new how to hook up everything. He also knew how to re program my harmony remote. He also connected the sound bar.

Had a HDTV installed as a gift. The gift recipient said "Greg did an "awesome job" mounting the TV and running the wiring. He also took the time to review the features of the new TV"

Television mounting info was never explained. I called to ask about materials needed and specifics about my particular installation and could never speak to anyone. Apparently $250 to mount a television to the wall only counts for a tv that is mounted at eye level or lower. Because it needed to be mounted above a fireplace, there was an additional charge of $130. This is an unfortunate surprise charge that’s basically saying , you want the tv hung or not? So you are Shanghai’d for a ridiculous $130 hidden cost. It’s not worth it.

Very efficient and they came with all the proper tools. Vacuum and clean the area when they were done. This was the first time I used Geek Squad, very impressive.
