The person who initially took the order, inaccurately stated I wanted a Television mounted on a wall. I was having problems with my surround sound. The service people were understanding and did a good job hooking my sound system up. After this event, I had to call the Geek Squad again for different problems not related to the first, it was difficult to communicate with them online. I was told on two separate occasions there was a 4-5 hour wait. My problem is still not resolved.

Bought a new tv and took my Sony 52 Bravia and mounted it in our bedroom. I was worried that the mount would not support the weight of the tv. No problem and works great

It holds up to a 90 inch if the weight limit is kept in check, it's a tilt up and down I thought you'd be able to pull out and away from the wall but u can't, it only tilts up and down

Rather than suffer through my ineptitude this time I made a much wiser move. I could not be happier. All my questions were answered and all I have to do is sit back and enjoy.
