    The service providers were pleasant and educated in their field. They wore the necessary face masks as did we. They left our family room tidy, and carted away the TV packaging and our old plasm TV.

    The Geek Squad remounted my TV. It was hung offset because of a bookcase to one side. I moved the bookcase and TV wasn’t centered on the wall.

    We had a tv previously in a condo mounted in our exercise room. Tech was efficient, and actually had to sell me a new bracket as my old one was missing parts He had it on the truck.

    The two men did an excellent job professionals cleaned up behind yourself. Also use a vacuum cleaner to get stuff off the carpet that they've got put down service A+

    The tv was quickly mounted with good dialog with the installers as to where and how to install. My daughter, age 37, had set this up for us as she and her husband had a similar service performed. The reason we cannot rate higher is that the discussion with Best Buy led us to believe the entire job was to be done and not leave exposed cords and wires. We certainly expected this for the charges we incurred of over $400. Had we known this, we would have done it ourselves or hired another handyman type contractor. So no I will not recommend the you or the geek squad.
