The team was very efficient and knowledgeable. I had a preexisting TV mont and all they had to do is install it on the mont and they would have been done. In stead they took the time to ask questions to make sure the location of the current mount would be goid for my needs. Instead of taking the easy wayout they took the I want to make we the customer is satisfied route. That's REFRESHING these day.

Great job! I was very impressed with the two ladies who installed the tv bracket & 75” tv. The knew exactly what to do and asked me the correct questions to help me decide the location & height of the tv. It perfect!

The two team members who showed up as they promised on time and did the job quickly. Due to the size of the TV this was money well spent to make sure I didn't do anything I would regret later in trying to wall mount this tv.

The Geek Squad people were very knowledgeable and tried very hard to get the installation accomplished. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups and they had to return a couple of times. But it's all working well now and we love the results.

I recently had Geek Squad install our mount and TVs at our day program, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. They did a fantastic, efficient job and left the area clean afterward. The installation looks perfect! I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

The installation and setup itself were excellent but there were a few issues that make 3 stars the most I can give. I knew exactly what tv I wanted when I came in and saw that they were in stock in a display. I told him I wanted it delivered and mounted and he rung me up quickly. That is where the communication aspect broke down. Considering the price of the delivery and mounting, I incorrectly assumed that the actual mount was included and the associate in his haste neglected to inform me that it was not. The morning of the delivery, the driver called and informed me that there was no mount and that it would be an additional charge or I could reschedule after I had my own mount. My next available off day was 5 days later so I went ahead and purchased once that he offered. I did eventually get the price of the mount refunded after speaking with a manager but in hindsight, I would have just had regular delivery, bought my own mount and had someone else install it which would have saved me another 50-70 dollars.

2 gentlemen came and remived our old TV, installed the new one and made sure it was working properly before they left. We had been notified of the appointment ahead of time and they arrived right on time. They were professional but very kind at the same time. They worked quickly and picked up after themselves. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and even made sure they said goodbye to our cat :-) We were very impressed! They're a credit to your business. THANK YOU!

The Geek Squad that came to my home to install my tv were professional to the max. Brandon was the main person doing the physical installation. I don't remember the name of the lady that was with him but she did the technical setup. Both of them were very polite, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had. Normally I will set things up myself but I am very glad I had them come do it. They made sure that I knew how to operate the remote and explained the features on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I see in reviews the service appears to be pricey, but the real question is do you want to struggle with mounting a large TV and messing it up for me the answer is it's worth the extra cost. If something goes wrong and the TV breaks while your friend is installing it, you are out of luck. At least Best Buy is a large enough company to "make it right." Since I had no outlet on the wall for behind the TV, and I wanted the wires hidden in the wall and I would have never thought of putting the wires through the wall were it not for the Geek Squad rep offering it to me. The day of the install, the Geek Squad technician called me with an estimated arrival window. When he showed up, he immediately put on booties to cover his shoes to protect my home flooring. I did not ask him to do so, he just did. He went straight to work, assessing where exactly I wanted the TV that would be best for my viewing angles and carefully removed the TV from the stand that it was on to get to work. He also hooked everything back up and gave me a tutorial on the TV settings, remotes, maneuverability of the mount itself (an articulating mounting bracket), and tips and tricks for getting the best picture from my viewing angle. Overall, the professionalism, attention to detail and end work product were outstanding and I would highly recommend this service.

I had my new TV mounted on the wall by the Geek Squad and the two gentleman were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They made sure I was satisfied with the position of the TV and also while discussing the placement I mentioned the only downside were the cables running down the wall. They proceed to tell me that they have a part on the truck that can fix that and installed the wires behind the wall. The customer service was well beyond expectations and would recommend their service to anyone. Very pleased.

The agents were on time and they mounted my tv perfectly. They verified the spot I wanted and cleaned up any dust left behind.

I've been a longtime satisfied Geeksquad member which I've used for tech assistance with my computers & related devices. So it was a relief to learn that Geeksquad offers installation and TV-support services when I was looking for a new smart TV. In fact, that was the key decision factor to purchase the TV from Best Buy. Geeksquad was used to deliver and install/mount my new TV & wall mount. The install price was comparable to other companies offering TV install services, but I decided to upgrade my annual membership to include all IT-related household items with home service. Although there was a glitch with my original install date, Geeksquad was very responsive in explaining what happened & rescheduling as soon as possible. They sent two very professional & customer service oriented gentleman who delivered, installed and set up the new smart TV. They walked me thru all the features of the TV, speakers, remote controls before leaving. They left my place clean & took all the packing materials away, leaving the place clean. I haven't had any issues since they installed the TV, but feel relieved that I can call for help if needed on another day and for other IT issues.

I’m always worried when someone comes to work on the house. Geek squad always sends out nice and competent people who do great work. The man who installed our TVs took a real interest in the job and it turned out great. Worth every penny!

Worth every penny for my new 85-inch TV! The Geek Squad technicians were fantastic—professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, located the studs perfectly, and had the TV mounted securely on the wall in under an hour. The best part was the clean look; they concealed all the wires, leaving my living room looking sleek and modern. For a screen this large and heavy, the peace of mind knowing it's mounted correctly and safely is invaluable. I highly recommend this service. Don’t even think about risking it yourself

My 55 inch Samsung was installed and connections tested. I do not have a wall mount for this TV. The installation person did the job very efficiently. TV has great picture and excellent audio output.0p

The Geek Squad was absolutely amazing!! They’re the only reason I’m giving the 5 star rating, My rating would be zero, due to the obnoxious amount of money Best Buy now charges to hang the TV’s, they now nickel and dime you for every little thing!! Almost $800 for 2 TV’s, I will never have them come again, I’ll find someone else, I don’t mind paying a small fee, but I was shocked my Total Geek Squad Membership no longer covers it. I will always use Geek Squad for computer issues only
