I purchased a 75” Samsung TV along with the installation services. The installation was done perfectly. The installers were very professional, answered all my questions and addressed all my needs with no issues. I highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the quality of service provided! The Geek Squad member that mounted the new office TV did a great job and even zip tied some of the wires behind the TV so that it would be better organized (also makes them less of an eyesore). I would happily request this service in the future if needed.

The guys who installed the tv were terrific and very mindful of safety precautions given COVID-19. I bought the wall box for hiding wires, and they paired the tv with my existing sound system. I could not have been happier with the service.

Chris, the Geek Squad Technician and his assistant were most professional and answered all questions fully. They advised me as to what they were doing each step of the installation. They placed the TV at the height and centered as I requested. They also mounted the TV to the wall and connected my VHS/CD unit and my security camera box to the TV. They tested all connections to ensure they were functioning. They were exceptional in every aspect of their job performance and dealing with my questions.

We were very impressed with our Geek Squad associate. He was by himself and we were surprised due to the size of TV and taking down our existing one. He flew through the install with ease and programed out remote to our X1 box and we were good to go.

The geek squad arrived on time and installed the item to specifications. It was perfect in every way. The workers were courteous and valued my home. Did a great job and cleaning up. Actually they did not even make a mess installing it. Highly recommend their service.

Geek squad installed our new Samsung TV & theatre system. The arrived nice an early, got the job done quick too! Love the art app, looks like a beautiful picture on the wall when not watching. Sounds fabulous with the Sonos beam sound at too!!

Not only was everything installed quickly and correctly, the installers were courteous and patient with my questions, They figured out how to get everything working with one remote, which helps me a lot.

Austin and Vincent (?) arrived exactly on time, came in to survey what needed to be done and got about their work. They had a few questions about what I would prefer, and they were both professional and pleasant. The install went just fine, they cleand up their work and they were gone. The Geek Squad that came to my home to install my tv were professional to the max. Brandon was the main person doing the physical installation. I don't remember the name of the lady that was with him but she did the technical setup. Both of them were very polite, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had. Normally I will set things up myself but I am very glad I had them come do it. They made sure that I knew how to operate the remote and explained the features on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Seamless installation. Guys are nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and give instructions and/or advice. My only complaint is that I wish they were given gloves to keep their fingerprints off the new tv screen.

I had my new TV mounted on the wall by the Geek Squad and the two gentleman were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They made sure I was satisfied with the position of the TV and also while discussing the placement I mentioned the only downside were the cables running down the wall. They proceed to tell me that they have a part on the truck that can fix that and installed the wires behind the wall. The customer service was well beyond expectations and would recommend their service to anyone. Very pleased.

Great service. I was notified a day prior to installation and again the day of the installation about arrival time. Service techs were very professional and fast. They were knowledgeable about the products and set up was complete and precise.

The Geek agents had to visit my house two times, because on the first visit, the brackets I had purchased didn't fit the TVs I had. So, they recommended 2 new TVs and 2 different new brackets, and on that day, set up a new appointment for installation. They were very professional, very thorough, and explained things well, so I could understand. I purchased what I needed according to the info they gave me; I returned the items that didn't work, and purchased new items the Geek Squad had recommended. The men came back on the day of the new appointment, unpacked, and installed all the new stuff and, . . . took away the equipment I no longer needed! When they were here the first time, I mentioned that I was taking care of a Mama Cat and four kittens, and wanted to see the kitties. And, the Geek Squad men were very gentle and good with the kitties. :-)

Have used either Geek squad or MAgnolia people 3 times now. Very professional and very careful with my home. Would not use anyone else. They always seem to be able to figure out a way to get the job done. All of my installs have been in walls, etc.

Ronne Romero is a detailed technician. Really knows the installation process. He installed quickly. We wanted more tilt , he came back again and replaced it with a better Wall mount. Highly recommend the technician and the service.
