it pays to bring it guys who know what to do

Very poor customer service…

My wife took off from work a half day to be home for installation. At the end of the day installers were a no show no call. Upon talking to customer service I was told it was the manufacturers fault for not having inventory. After talking to the manager at my local Best Buy I found this to be a lie. We finally got it installed a week later which did go pretty smoothly. We really like the tv but the customer service was very bad. All they would compensate for my wife missing a half day was a $50 gift card and never to ownership for what happened only tried to make excuses…
