Professional, careful when cutting into the wall, cleaned up during and after installation, very informative describing the operation of the new Sony tv.

very professional and quick. they knew what they were doing and communicated how they were setting up the TV. they even looked at the audio setup I have in my new house and made recommendations on how to make it work.

Francisco did an excellent job installing the wallmount on my bedroom. He came earlier than scheduled and made sure that I was a satisfied customer with the word done. I have an older model flat screen and he ran into a few minor issues but managed to make everything work perfectly. Awesome job!

The geek squad agents were FANTASTIC! They were professional knowledgeable and cheerful. They were ready to assist with any questions and they even encourage the questions. They did a very quick end precise job and cleaned up after themselves.

The two guys that came in to mount the 82 inch Samsung 4K smart tv that I purchased did a great job. They came in, scopes out the wall and took the appropriate measurements to center the tv and place it at the perfect height, the guys were in and out within 30 minutes.very satisfied with their work.

The two Geek Squad technicians were terrific. They went above and beyond to get the job done. I had an old flat screen that was no easy feat to get off the wall. They did a top notch job with that and installing the new tv.

Today I was scheduled to have a new TV and soundbar installed. When I took the installers into the room and explained what I wanted to do, they told me that the TV I had bought couldn’t get Spectrum directly and I would need a Roku. That defeated my reason for the purchase, so they told me the name of the brand I needed and stopped everything until I could go down and exchange everything for a TV (same price) that had Spectrum as part of the installed options. They could have installed the TV and sound bar without saying anything and saved themselves some extra time and delay, but ended up with a frustrated customer. As it was, I went to the store and they made sure I was completely taken care of at no extra cost and set up a rush install for me! So thankful to the entire Grand Junction store….

The initial mounting by Geek Squad was fantastic, quick and no fuss but later on when my TV's WiFi got kaput, Geek Squad was asking me a fee for dismounting and recounting it after the manufacturer's repairs. This was disturbing since I was under warranty by both Best Buy and Samsung. After much deliberations and standing my ground they succumbed and the job was done. Geek Squad shoud be happy that I still gave them four stars.

Installation team took my input making sure to create the experience I was seeking and were efficient in completing the project in timely manner. Kind of expensive but thier experience and know how was well worth it.

The 2 workers did an excellent job installing my new 65in tv on the wall. They were very professional and friendly. I really appreciate the extra effort they put into cleaning up the dust from drilling, wearing shoe covers without being asked to, respecting me and my home, and being very helpful in showing me how to operate everything. I would highly recommend the 2 workers I had, I feel kind of bad that I don’t remember their names but they did a superb job and made me felt happy to be a Best Buy customer.

I had to Geek Squad coming to install my new TV. He was able to use the bracket I had for my old 47-inch to fit my new 55 inch Sony. He did it at a much better height that I had the previous one so it is more comfortable to watch and he set it up so that I could immediately start enjoying it with very little instruction I was very satisfied.

Great job!! Very professional! Cleaned up.. explained all the options on our new TV. Help set up prefer channels.

Geek squad was great on the mounting and install of my new tv. Very cheerful, easy to wor, with, answered all questions, very neat...even wore slip on dust shoe covers to protect my floor.

We were so pleased with the Geek Squad that came to our home. They were so efficient and knowledgeable, and quickly and easily removed the old tv and installed the new one! They helped us understand the remote, and how to get the best use out of our new tv!

Installers were helpful in explaining the mounting system, some remote control features I was unaware of, and explaining how the television automatically adjusts the the picture to the quality of the feed. Met them at the door and walked through the removal of the old television, relocating the mount, and installing the new unit. Walked me through the features and took the time to let me try so I understood how to get to some menus. Friendly, courteous, professional - second installation from Mission Viejo Geek Squad and both times were excellent.

The installers were professional, courteous and totally upfront about not needing some items I purchased (in-wall cable concealer, couldn't use it due to the nature of the mounting). They were great about making sure to position it where I wanted and also hauled the box/trash with them afterwards so I didn't have to worry about it. I recommend TotalTech because install for both TVs I purchased was free (just needed to buy the mounts).

The two person team that came in to install the TV, receiver, DVD player, and TV mount came a bit later that when they said they would but they kept me informed until they got here so I had no worries. They made my life very easy by unpacking everything, uninstalling my previous gear, and installing the new things and then setting it up to work properly. It took them a bit more than half a day to do that and when they were done, I had a system that was up and running with not effort on my part.
