Geek squad crew did a fabulous job with install and clean up. They were very professionally and friendly and efficient at their job. I would ask for them not third party contractors from Best Buy.

We were so pleased with the Geek Squad that came to our home. They were so efficient and knowledgeable, and quickly and easily removed the old tv and installed the new one! They helped us understand the remote, and how to get the best use out of our new tv!

The tv is fantastic, easy to use and has an excellent picture. The Geek Squad connected the Tv to my Bose Sound Bar and it’s wonderful. The quality of the picture and sound are amazing.

Once my install mess was figured out the Geek Squad delivered and installed my TV. What would have been a hot mess with my husband was a 20 minute process with Geek Squad. They were friendly, professional, quick and knew exactly what they were doing.

I cannot speak highly enough of the gentleman that came to do the install the first TV they put up came cracked inside from the factory. They took it down went to one of the closest Best Buy‘s swapped it out brought it back to my house and installed it they did an awesome job, the boxes the Styrofoam set up the TV for me being disabled. They treated me like if I was a relative I cannot speak highly enough about these two men.

The agents removed and installed a new projector. The agents that came were exceptional. Later I had universal remote programmed. Agents are super and I would not hesitate to have Geek Squad come again. I will continue to call when I need help with electronics or other.

Rudy with the GS @ Myrtle Beach Store was awesome in every way possible in my book! As with my salesman at the store where I bought the Sony A9G, I also felt like I hit the lottery getting Rudy as my GS tech. As I stated when writing a review for David, my salesman, I almost never write reviews for anything, but when you get a person that goes out of their way to do the little extra things, I feel obligated to praise them! I'm a Self Employed work at home guy that sells my services in the freight business, so I know a thing or two about doing the little things for customers just to make sure they're happy. GS has already been to my home on 4 different occasions for wall mounting my TV's and setting up my new computer, and this makes it the 5th time. There's only 2 guys I've had the pleasure to work in my home, and RUDY is one of the 2!!! Even vacuumed my floor before he left, never had that happen before? If anyone is looking for GS services on wall mounting their TV, ask for Rudy and or AJ, you won't be disappointed!!!

The team did an amazing job setting up my new TV. They were professional, careful, and made sure everything looked perfect. The TV sits completely flush against the wall — super clean and minimalist, just the way I wanted it. They also took the time to explain the setup and made sure I was happy before they left. Highly recommend!

I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY BUT SO GLAD I DID. MY HERO HUSBAND HAD THE OLD ONE HANGING CROOKED AND LOOSE. I FEEL COMFORTABLE ADJUSTING THE TILT NOT TO MENTION A PAIR OF KNOWLEDGEABLE MEN DOING ONE FABULOUS JOB, CLEANED UP WHEN UNBOXING ETC...PERFECT JOB

Well worth the extra money spent for installation. Fast, professional, and clean up after themselves when job was completed. Most definitely will add in future purchases that need installation!

And if I drop the Television, well I would be the one that buys another. They drop it and I wait for them to get a new one. Why is this even questioned? Think about it. They measure, find the stud, mark the best places for my preference, install Television. Note; I did not like my first TV, it was not OLED and, it was something I felt was not a good match. The TV and I had our differences. We decided to part, and Here is a great reason to get the tech membership; they brought in the new TV I ordered and installed the new one, refunded and hauled off the previously purchased one, no charges. Oh and they are pretty good with the tech stuff if you want to bounce questions off them. Professional, and they wear those things that keep mud outside. It truly is the little things in life.

This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad mount & setup a large screen TV. I am even more impressed this time. The service people did a very complete and very professional job. Not just with the setup of my TV but also integration of a new 4K Blu-ray player, DIRECTV plus all the remotes (which were numerous). From person experience I can say, experimenting with the connection of unfamiliar technologies is fraught with problems. Save yourself lots of headaches and get the best from the hardware you’ve bought. Hire the Geek Squad rest assured the job will be done right.....the first time!
