Chris Greek Squad Tech installed my TV quickly

The service does not include the mount and it should explicitly say that in the title. Two uneducated gentlemen showed up with the 8k TV i just paid a lot of money for LAYING FLAT, in a personal vehicle, wearing no Geek ID nor uniform to match. The men were not very educated on the TV. They thought since I got the Premium Mountint service, that the mount was inside the box.... it was not. This was such a bad experience, I had to ask tjem to leave. They left everything half opened and my living room a mess. The refund process was absurd. I had to wait 5 business days in order to request a refund after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. Absurd, poor, and negligent service. Never again. This also depends on the area and neighborhood that your store is located.

Money well spent
