My new TV is great. I love the picture and ease of setup. My only issue is with Sony and AT&T TV. They do not have the app so I used an AT&T TV box and it works well. I also love the audio from it as well. No need for elaborate audio equipment.

On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. The crew sent to my home to install the TV was extremely professional! They installed the television and perfectly centered the tv above the mantle. They even went above and beyond to make sure all trash, dust, and nails were cleaned up!

The geek squad sent out to highly qualified guys to install two TVs. They did a great job from start to finish. The install went smoother than I anticipated. They were very knowledgeable with the set up of these TVs. They answered questions like pros and I would highly recommend their services.

As good as it gets. Could not be more pleased. Small calibrations to my taste have a great picture. SDR on dish is very good and HDR on Fire Stick is amazing. Excellent AAA+++

Have been using the Best Buy Protection plan for a year now and it's really good. The installation is included when we bought the TV. The geek squad set up the TV and did it without any hassle. Highly Recommend!

The guys that came to mount our new tv did a great job. They were quick to get it installed and the ease of installation made me feel good about how it turned out and would be firmly supported on the wall. This is the second time I have used Geek Squad for TV mountings.

Great service and the geek squealed installed in perfectly and even asked if I wanted it set up for me. They worked quietly and efficiently as I am working from home and once they were ready to drill, asked me for confirmation on the system. My only complaint is when they pulled the covers off the screen. It left residue that they ignored.

I recently had Geek Squad install our mount and TVs at our day program, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. They did a fantastic, efficient job and left the area clean afterward. The installation looks perfect! I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

My installer, Kirk, arrived earlier than the time quoted. He and his assistant did an amazing job properly mounting my Bravia 8 to my living room wall using a Sanus mount I had previously purchased. They were both extremely professional and had answers for every question I had during the whole process. I recommend them wholeheartedly for anyone looking to get their tv mounted safely and securely!

The agents were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and fast! They took our old tv from the living room and mounted it on the wall in the bedroom and set up our new television in the living room. When they finished everything worked perfectly and all I had to do was choose which TV to watch and what show! Saved me a LOT of frustration trying to set up the dvd player and Wii since I’m not a technical guy. I’m really grateful for those guys for what they did and the extra time they spent explaining everything and answering questions. Totally worth the cost for the service!!!

This is my third time using geek squad installation. I’m extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and speed of this team. I prefer making all of my large purchases through Best Buy just because I like having the support of geek squad.

I had them install several tv’s on the same day. My new one was an 86 “. I’m a bit of a tech dummy. They patiently showed me everything. Also didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. They were super nice and everything was done efficiently and neatly.

Very professional and personable technicians came to mount and install two TV sets. This is the third time I have had the Geek Squad to install TVs in the last 10 years and they never disappoint me. Great job!! Thank you and highly recommend this Best Buy service.

The install team courteously asked if the tv was mounted at the right height for the larger size, saved me money by re-using my current wall mount, worked quickly to set-up and connect the tv properly, and allowed me to use the new remote as I knew how-they kindly took my dead tv to the loading dock for me as they leftA!

Very professional and knowledgeable. They were quick and worked very clean. Definitely worth the money I spent.

The installation was relatively simple – I already had a 5.1 Speaker system from my previous TV setup, and the new TV simply stands on a glass unit that houses the amp/tuner, DVD player, etc., so no wall mount needed. But the guys worked efficiently, respectfully, and smartly. Great team!

The agent set up my TV and speaker system and walked me through the key features. He was extremely knowledgeable.
