The Geek Squad delivered and installed my TV mount quickly and expertly. They also took the time to show me the proper way to hold the TV when adjusting the position. As always, they were very professional and extremely helpful!

Between the very user friendly set up of Samsung TV's and the Geek Squad, from installation to first use was a breeze. Great picture, easy navigation of menu and controls, when needed and ultra clear sound (I have a hearing issue not related to volume). I could not be more pleased.

We have had Geek Squad in our home 3x to install and program Items we bought. They were friendly, professional and expedient. They took the time to help teach us how to use the new equipment. We had some follow up questions in the few days after the installation. They did not hesitate to answer their cell phones to answer our inquiries. In one case the Geek Squad Technician came back on the day of my call to make sure I understood everything! They are the perfect solution. Especially for those not tech savvy with today's electronics! We recommend them highly.

The agents mounted the tv perfectly and added my direct and disc player. They explained everything so that I could understand. They took their time and were very professional.

Agent Minerva and Jaylen did an excellent job of installing the wall mount and setting up the TV. They were both professional and effective in completing the tasks at hand and in their interactions with me. The Geek Squad are geeks and that is the way you want it!! They setup a full-sized table with furniture pads to work on. They knew that my original TV wall mount would not work there because it was an interior wall with metal studs. Instead they offered one that they use a lot and it worked out great as I can see it from the side while doing things in the kitchen (with it pulled out a bit and turned toward the kitchen). They connected it to my cable TV box and checked all. My only criticism is that it was not perfectly leveled. I simply reached behind and found leveling adjustments were made easily by turning a screw a few times. Overall I would recommend the premier installation. They cart away all of the packing and l;eave the home neat.

The Geek Squad techs did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were professional, and took extra time to make sure our TV set up was correct. It was a bit of a complicated mount, and they did a fantastic job!

Installation was quick and very professional. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance setting up both TV and sound system, along with clear instructions on the use of the remote devices.

I debated having Best Buy mount my new TV. But when I looked at the new TV's I realized having it done professionally was a no-brainer. When the two came to install the wall mount and the TV they handled the task without issue. This was clearly a two person job.

Excellent service in every way. Delivery was on time. The set up was great. She helped me understand how the TV worked and gave me some tips I would have never known about. She took my old heavy TV away and made herself available by phone if I had any additional questions, which I did. She also offered to come back if I needed her. Loved the delivery service.

This gentleman was very knowledgeable about the TV the menus and the way to set up the TV. And even after installing a TV mount that I did not like he turned around and installed the one I did would like have rather have. And you did not charge me for the other TV mounting system.

The guys that came were knowledgeable of the product and very helpful in there setup. The installation went perfectly they were very neat and respectful to everything in the home. Would definitely use them again!

The guys were awesome, they did an outstanding job, very quick and knowledgeable. Bedsides the tv, they also installed 2 rear in ceilings speakers for my home theater, at first it didn't work but they were able to find the perfect solution. They did a clean installation, you cannot see any wires. They cleaned the area of all debris. All I can say is outstanding!!!
