    The TV was to big for me to carry, setup and mount. They did a great job. Price was a little high but it was a large TV and I definitely couldn't do it.

    The only thing I dislike about this tv is the remote. It is not user friendly and Samsung needs to improve it.

    They were on time, professional, and competent. Set up the tv and even had to re-drill the wall for the bracket. They also explained everything completely.

    The agents mounter our 75" tv with ease. They took it out of the box, put the mounting bracket on the back and put it on the mount.
