I recently had a microwave installed that I purchased from you. Although I initially sent a positive review, I cooked bacon the other day and the fan did not seem to be operating properly. The fan was blowing, but the house was filling up with smoke. I you-tubed this type of installation and their are tabs or adjustments that need to be made prior to mounting so the exhaust operates properly with my wall vent. I will come into the store after the holidays to try to rectify this. It's too stressful right now with holidays approaching. Thank you.

2 guys came out. Did it quick, were cordial, made sure it's what I wanted, offered me the yearly program but couldn't afford at the time. Great job guys

Installation went well. Drew and Josh from the Geek Squad were very nice and easy to work with and respected our home.

The Geek Squad scheduling system for making appointments needs a major overhaul. It was a challenge to find a time that fit, and they had nothing available for at least 5 to 7 days. Most of the time was not convenient for my work schedule, and the 5-hour window they only offer will make you want to hire another company to do the job.

The associates, "Geeks" were so quick, knowledgeable and proficient.
