Geek squad is awesome they mounted tv and connected everything together answered all questions

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves her new TV!!

Everyone was informative. At my store - Christian and Bryan who helped with router/modem information and antennas.

Agents did not accurately credit my account for upgraded TV and accessories I did not need. Also, he did not correctly program my remote, and did not correctly complete TV set up. Had to have Best Buy agent return, and then had to have my cable company come and ultimately fix problems. Very disappointed. Not satisfied. Not worth $249.00 installation charge. Also, telephone customer service help marginal, system was not set up to allow them to make adjustments and corrections.

Cool .. the services will pay for itself , especially if you're spending a lot of money on technology

This service was part of other work but when the techs came we decided not to do it anymore. The cost of the service was promptly credited to my credit card account (within a few days). This is unlike some of the other products which weren't needed. It has been 17 days since they were not needed and taken back by the geek squad techs, yet the status still remains listed as "out for delivery". I've tried twice with Bestbuy reps to get this resolved but nothing yet. last time I was told it takes a while and they couldn't give me an estimation of how long. Absolutely rubbish!

The agent was very good. He cleaned after himseld as well and was very polite.

The connection ptocess was very quick and professinal. I was just disappointed that thee dvd player was too old and had no way for it to be connected.

The agents connected mounted and connected all of my tv's and hooked up my sound system...Extremely helpful and cleaned up after they were finished.
