Geek squad mounted my TV quickly!

Not Good

Even now i have wires not secured in place and not where i wanted TV but gave up after over 1 1/2 hours of trying. Worst part is they couldnt program my cable box to be able to use the samsung remote and DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ! JUST LEFT Further they didnt fix factory settings on TV to suit my need
