Well done job by the geek squad! Friendly and helpful

2 guys installed a 55" Sony on an existing wall mounted bracket left by the previous owner. They did that as well as tie-wrapping the power supply brick and the cable box.

Our printer was installed in just a few minutes and he even helped us use the printer from our phones. A really nice and professional guy.

We needed a TV hung in one of our conference rooms. Crew showed up on time. Hung TV perfectly and cleaned up as expected. Second time we've used them.

The agent mounted my TV and adjusted it a few times so it was exactly where I wanted it.

The agents that came to my home were 3rd party.They were Not Geek Squad. Disappointed from beginning! They never called ahead.m, came 2hrs after the time Window, with no aplogy. They didn't have ID, they didn't introduce themselves. One agent Only spoke Spanish. However he knew what he was doing, but the interpreter did a poor job of explaining what the other was doing. When done they spent very little time showing me how it worked. In fact, it didn't work when they left. I realized the sound was Not coming thru my receiver. I had to return to the store,ask specifically for the Geek Squad to return to fix. Which they did yesterday and gave me outstanding service! It now all works.. He had ID , called ahead if time, wore shoe booties in my home..But 1 wk without sound was annoying,unacceptable, and unprofessional service. This gives Best Buy a tarnished star. I've been a loyal customer over 10 yrs! and until this 3rd party got involved, I always was satisfied.

The initial installers seemed great till 65 inch tv was taken out of box and the screen was cracked. Not installers fault. Had to wait two weeks before we could get new tv and installed. New guy was terrible was only supposed to hang tv but would not center tv on wall said that was as good as it was going to be and left. We set up another appointment with Geek Squad to check this situation out to really see if it could be centered They set up appointment time on a sat between 12:00-8:00 and no one ever called or showed up. Stopped by store next week was told that we weren’t on the schedule funny I received a survey for Josh whom I talked. To and set the appointment up for us. Still tv is not centered have filled out several serveys. Not one reply. No phone call. Text. Email. So still unresolved tv matter. So much for Elite membership

They hung the tv and it is solid. They explained the remote usage completely.
